This is where I grew up, where I'm raising my family, and where I've spent the last decade sitting across the table from property owners making some of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. That combination — roots in this market and a front-row seat to how it moves — is not something you can import from another market or accelerate with ambition alone.

Every transaction I work on represents a decision someone spent years — sometimes decades — building toward. A retirement. A legacy. A reinvestment into the next chapter.
